The short version

  • The organiser starts a group on the group buy page with their name and email, picks their own pair and shares one link.
  • Each friend picks their own design and size on their phone, and no friend email addresses are collected.
  • The organiser checks out for everyone, and the whole order arrives in one parcel with one shipping fee.
  • The discount is 10% off from 2 pairs, 12% from 4 and 15% from 10.
  • Ask everyone to measure their own wrist, set a clear deadline and tell people their share before you check out.

To organise a SneakyDeez group order, start a group on our group buy page with your name and email, pick your own pair and share the one link with your class. Each friend chooses their own design and size on their phone, you get an email whenever someone picks, and when everyone's in you check out for the whole group. It all arrives in one parcel with one shipping fee, and the discount grows with the group: 10% off from 2 pairs, 12% from 4 and 15% from 10.

Group orders are lovely for a pole class or a training crew, because everyone gets their own pair and only one person has to deal with the parcel. Here's how to run one without it turning into a chaotic group chat.

This is the kind of crew a group order is made for, a bit silly after class and all wearing their wraps.

How does a SneakyDeez group order work?

One person, the organiser, starts the group and shares a link. Everyone who opens that link picks the wraps they want for themselves, so you don't have to collect designs and sizes from people or type in anybody else's details. We don't ask your friends for their email addresses either, because they only need the link and their phone.

All the pairs are added to one order, the organiser checks out and pays for everyone, and we send it all together in one parcel. That means one shipping fee for the whole group instead of one each, and the more pairs there are, the bigger the discount.

How do you set up a group order, step by step?

  1. Ask who's in. Post a quick message in your class or crew chat so you know roughly how many people want a pair.
  2. Start the group. Go to the group buy page and start a group with your name and email.
  3. Pick your own pair. Choose your design and size first, so your friends can see how it works.
  4. Share the link. You get one link for the whole group. Drop it in the group chat, along with your deadline.
  5. Let everyone choose. Each friend opens the link on their phone and picks their own design and size.
  6. Watch it fill up. We email you each time someone picks, and we send you a few gentle reminders along the way, so you don't have to keep checking.
  7. Check out for everyone. When everyone's chosen, or your deadline arrives, you check out and pay for the whole group. You can end the group at any time.
  8. Hand them out. One parcel arrives with you, and you get to play delivery fairy at your next class.

How do you make sure everyone orders the right size?

Sizing is the part people rush, so it's worth a little nudge in the group chat. Ask everyone to measure their own wrist before they pick, because guessing from a friend's size rarely works. Our guide on how to measure your wrist size shows how to do it with a tape measure or a strip of paper, and it takes about a minute.

  • S fits wrists of 14.5 to 15.5 cm and M fits 16 to 17.5 cm. Both are in stock.
  • Between two sizes? Take the smaller one, because compression wraps are meant to feel firm.
  • XS (under 14.5 cm) and L (over 18 cm) are made to measure and take 1 to 2 weeks, so if someone in your group needs one of those, get in touch with us before you check out so we can plan it with you.
  • 6 cm or 8 cm wide? 6 cm is lower profile and suits most pole dancers, and 8 cm covers more of the wrist. Our guide to wrist wraps for pole explains the difference.

One more thing worth knowing: Limited Edition designs are single pairs, so once one is gone, it's gone. If two of your friends fall for the same Limited Edition, agree early who gets it, or pick a Regular design if several of you want to match.

How do you collect money from everyone?

Because you check out for the whole group, you'll be paying for everyone's pairs, so it helps to sort the money out in a way that keeps it simple and friendly.

  • Tell people their share before you check out. That's the price of their pair with the group discount, plus their part of the one shipping fee if you're splitting it.
  • Use whatever your group already uses to pay each other back, whether that's a bank transfer, a payment app or cash at the next class.
  • Ask for the money before you pay, if you'd rather not be out of pocket.
  • Keep a little list of who chose what and who has paid, so nobody's left guessing when the parcel arrives.

How long should you keep the group open?

A deadline is the kindest thing you can give a group, because people put things off when there's no end date. About a week works well for most classes, which is long enough for everyone to measure their wrist and pick a design, and short enough that people don't forget. Say the date clearly when you share the link. You're the one who decides when the group closes, so you never have to wait for the last straggler forever.

Masha's tip: Share the link straight after class, while everyone's still in the changing room talking about their sore wrists. You'll get half the group sorted before anyone has even left the studio.

Who is a group order good for?

  • A pole or aerial class where a few people have been eyeing up each other's wraps.
  • Friends starting pole together, who can read our guide on what to wear to your first pole class while they wait for the parcel.
  • A teacher or studio crew who'd like to order for a showcase, a competition team or a new term.
  • A gym or calisthenics crew, because wraps are loved for handstands, push-ups and lifting too.

If your class is working on bigger tricks this term, our guides on handspring grips and shoulder mount wrist pain are worth sharing in the group chat too.

Questions people ask

Do my friends need to give their email address?

No. Your friends only need the link you share, and they pick their pair on their phone. Only the organiser's name and email are needed to start the group.

Who pays for a group order?

The organiser checks out and pays for the whole group in one go. Most groups then pay the organiser back their share, in whatever way they usually pay each other.

How much is the group discount?

It's 10% off when the group has 2 pairs or more, 12% from 4 pairs and 15% from 10 pairs.

Can I end the group order before everyone has chosen?

Yes, the organiser can end the group at any time, so you decide when it closes. Setting a clear deadline when you share the link helps everyone choose in time.

What if someone in the group needs size XS or L?

XS and L are made to measure and take 1 to 2 weeks. Get in touch with us before you check out so we can plan the timing with you.
