You do not have to give us any of this, but we cannot send you an order without a name and an address to send it to.
Who else sees it
Only the people who have to, and only to do their job for us:
- Our hosting provider, which runs the shop and its database.
- Our payment provider, which handles the payment itself. Card details go to them, not to us — we never see or store your full card number.
- The postal carrier, which needs your name and address to deliver the parcel. Parcels going outside the EU also carry a customs declaration.
We do not sell your data, and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing.
Where your data goes
We keep data within the European Economic Area wherever we can. If a provider processes data outside the EEA, that transfer is covered by an adequacy decision or by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, or send it to another provider. You can also object at any time to anything we do on the basis of legitimate interest. Email us and we will answer within one month.
If you think we have handled your data badly you can complain to the Slovenian supervisory authority, the Information Commissioner (Informacijski pooblaščenec), Dunajska cesta 22, 1000 Ljubljana — www.ip-rs.si. You can also complain to the authority in the EU country where you live.
Marketing
We do not currently send marketing email. If we ever start, it will be because you asked us to, the box will never be pre-ticked, and every message will have a one-click unsubscribe.
Children
The shop is meant for adults. We don't knowingly collect data from children. If you think a child has given us personal data, tell us and we'll delete it.
