What these are
SneakyDeez wrist wraps are compression supports for training. They are sports equipment. They are not a medical device, they are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition, and nothing we say about them is medical advice.
What we are not
We are pole dancers and a maker, not doctors or physiotherapists. What we write comes from our own experience and from what customers tell us. It is general information, not a diagnosis, and it is not a substitute for professional advice.
Please use your judgement
- If you have a wrist injury, persistent pain, or any medical condition affecting your joints, talk to a doctor or physiotherapist before relying on a support.
- Pain that doesn't settle is a reason to get it looked at, not a reason to wrap it tighter.
- A wrap should be firm, not numbing. If your hand tingles, goes cold or changes colour, take it off and loosen it.
- What works for someone else may not work for you.
Training carries risk
Pole and aerial are demanding on the wrists. Wearing a support does not make a movement safe and does not remove the risk of injury. You train at your own risk, and you are responsible for your own decisions about what you attempt.
