These terms apply when you buy from https://sneakydeez.com or use the site. Please read them before you order — by placing an order you accept them.
Our products
SneakyDeez wrist wraps are handmade in Slovenia, mostly from upcycled designer fabric. Because the fabric is upcycled, most prints are made in runs of one to three pairs and will not be repeated. Every pair is cut and sewn by hand, so measurements and the exact placement of a print vary slightly from the photographs. That variation is a feature of a handmade product, not a fault.
Product images are as accurate as we can make them, but colours also vary between screens.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in euros. We are not registered for VAT, so no VAT is added to or included in any price. Shipping is charged per order, at a flat rate for your destination, and is shown before you pay. The total you are asked to approve at checkout is the total you pay us.
Orders placed from outside the European Union may attract import duties, taxes or customs handling fees on arrival. Those are set by your own country and are payable by you. We cannot calculate them in advance and we do not receive any part of them.
When a contract is formed
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation. If something you have ordered turns out to be unavailable — which can happen with one-off prints — we will tell you and refund you in full. We may also decline an order if we cannot ship to your address.
Delivery
We pack and post orders within 1–3 working days. Everything goes tracked and insured from Slovenia.

Transit times are the carrier's estimates, not guarantees, and customs can add time we cannot control. If your parcel has not arrived in a reasonable time, contact us and we will chase it with the carrier.
Risk in the goods passes to you when you (or someone you have nominated) take physical possession of them.
Your right to change your mind
If you are a consumer in the EU you have 14 days from the day you receive your order to withdraw from the contract, without giving any reason.
- Tell us within those 14 days. The quickest way is the withdraw from a purchase page (also linked in the footer and in every order email). An email to support@sneakydeez.com works just as well — you can use the form below. We confirm every withdrawal by email.
- Send the goods back within 14 days of telling us.
- Return postage is paid by you, unless the item was faulty or we sent the wrong thing.
- We refund you within 14 days of getting the goods back, using the same payment method you used, including the standard outbound shipping you paid. If you chose a more expensive delivery option than our standard one, we refund the standard cost.
- You may handle the goods as you would in a shop. If they come back showing more wear than that, we may reduce the refund to reflect the loss in value.
Made-to-measure pairs are cut to your own measurements, so the withdrawal right does not apply to them. We will make that clear before you commit to one.

Buddy offer
When one order contains two or more pairs of wrist wraps, every pair in it is 10% off. It applies automatically in the bag. It has no end date and needs no code. Gift cards, heat packs and waist warmers don't count towards the two pairs.
Ten Pairs Club
- Joining. Once you have bought 10 pairs of wrist wraps from us in total, you're in. We count every paid pair under the email address on your account. That includes orders on our previous website, once you've confirmed the address from your account page. Gift cards, heat packs and waist warmers don't count, and neither do cancelled or refunded pairs.
- What you get. 5% off every pair of wrist wraps, taken off automatically at checkout while you're signed in to your account.
- Combining. The club discount combines with the buddy offer and with most discount codes. Together, discounts never take more than 20% off an order. A code that would take an order over 20% can't be added to it.
- Changes. We may change or end the club. If we do, we'll say so on this page at least 30 days beforehand, and orders placed before then keep the discount they were given. The discount has no cash value.
If something is wrong with your order
Your statutory rights as a consumer are unaffected by anything on this page. If an item is faulty, damaged in transit or not what you ordered, tell us and we will put it right — repair, replacement or refund. Return postage in that case is on us.
Using the site
The SneakyDeez name, logo, photographs and site content belong to us and may not be copied or used commercially without permission. You may share links and images on social media with credit. Don't attempt to disrupt the site or use it unlawfully.
We keep the site accurate and available as best we can, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.
Complaints and disputes
Tell us first — most things are fixable. Email support@sneakydeez.com and we will reply.
These terms are governed by Slovenian law, and the courts of Slovenia have jurisdiction. As a consumer you also keep the protection of the mandatory law of the country you live in, and you may bring proceedings there.
We do not currently take part in any alternative dispute resolution scheme for consumer disputes.
